Manual update steps

  1. Save or finish any active RCHIVE work.
  2. Download the signed installer from this page.
  3. Close RCHIVE, then run the installer. Your catalog and license remain in the existing app-data folder.
  4. If you need to return to an older build, restore a compatible catalog backup first; newer database migrations are not guaranteed to downgrade.

RCHIVE does not install updates in the background. The desktop app’s update check and this page use the same signed stable channel.
