RCHIVE Refund Policy

Release-candidate policy · 20 August 2026

Polar is merchant of record. Refund eligibility, payment reversal, tax adjustment, and receipt updates are handled through Polar subject to the checkout terms and rights that apply to you.

Before requesting a refund

For activation, delivery, wrong-address, or compatibility trouble, contact RCHIVE support with the Polar order reference or RCHIVE support reference. Never send a full license key, one-time code, session token, or license file in a support message.

Effect on RCHIVE access

When Polar reports a full or partial refund, dispute, or chargeback, RCHIVE revokes the server-side entitlement. Account license retrieval, new activation, online validation, updates, and support stop. Restoring access after a reversed or mistaken terminal event requires reviewed support action.

Exported offline files

A previously exported signed .lic file is designed to verify without contacting RCHIVE. RCHIVE cannot technically remove or invalidate that file on an offline computer, so it may continue to work. This is a technical limitation, not a promise of continued post-refund rights.

How to request help

Use support@rchive.computer and include a non-secret order or support reference. RCHIVE support can help locate the order; Polar completes the payment movement.
