RCHIVE Support

Purchase, delivery, account, device, and license recovery

Email RCHIVE support

Send references, not secrets. Include a Polar order reference, checkout reference, or RCHIVE support reference if available. Never email a full license key, .lic file, one-time code, recovery link, session token, private key, or raw hardware identifier.

Wrong purchase email or lost mailbox

Give support the order reference, approximate purchase date, amount/currency, and the address you intended to use. Support will independently verify ownership before changing contact data, revoke old account sessions/tokens, and preserve an audit trail. The public sign-in response remains neutral and will not reveal whether an address owns a license.

Email bounced or was suppressed

Open your RCHIVE account if you can receive one-time codes. If both fulfillment and account messages fail, contact support from a working address with the non-secret proof above. Support can repair the recipient and retry the existing fulfillment row without creating another license.

Activation limit reached

Sign in to view active devices and deactivate one you no longer use. If the old device is unavailable or its label is unclear, include the license support reference and the device label in your request. Support can perform an audited deactivation after ownership verification.

Expired or invalid recovery link

Recovery links are single-use and time-limited. Sign in and request a new link. If sign-in email is unavailable, use the lost-mailbox process above.

Response commitment

Support is best effort and no fixed response-time service level is promised for the standard license. Urgent security reports should say “security” in the subject without including exploitable secrets.
